Subscription Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

These Subscription Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all users who enroll in any subscription-based product or service offered by Flexwork Studios LLC (“FLEXWORK”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By purchasing, activating, or using a FLEXWORK subscription, you agree to these Terms, our general Terms & Conditions of Use, and our Cancellation Policy.

Subscriptions are designed to provide recurring benefits such as discounted studio time, bundled services, and/or access to exclusive perks on a scheduled basis.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not purchase or use a FLEXWORK subscription.

2. Subscription Tiers

FLEXWORK may offer one or more subscription packages at any given time. Each subscription tier will clearly outline:

  • Included benefits and usage limits

  • Price and billing frequency (e.g., monthly, quarterly, or annual)

  • Minimum commitment period (if any)

  • Bonus services or discounted add-ons

Details may vary by tier and are subject to change. Any updates will be communicated via email or posted to our website.

3. Billing & Auto-Renewal

By subscribing, you authorize FLEXWORK to charge your preferred payment method on a recurring basis, as per your selected billing cycle.

  • Subscriptions auto-renew by default unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle

  • Charges will recur until you cancel via your online account or by contacting us at info@flexworkstudios.com

  • You are responsible for keeping your payment method and contact details up to date

  • FLEXWORK is not responsible for failed payments or overdraft fees resulting from expired or invalid payment methods

If your payment fails and is not resolved within 7 days, your subscription benefits may be suspended or terminated without further notice.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your online dashboard or by contacting us directly. Cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle—no partial refunds are issued for unused time within the current period.

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Missed sessions

  • Non-use of perks or credits

  • Late cancellations as defined in our Cancellation Policy

If your subscription includes discounted services (e.g., studio hours or content bundles), unused sessions may not roll over unless explicitly stated in the package.

5. Subscription Benefits & Usage Limits

All benefits are outlined in your subscription plan and may include, but are not limited to:

  • Discounted or included studio hours

  • Exclusive content editing or production credits

  • Priority scheduling access

  • Monthly social media asset delivery

  • Bonus perks (e.g., merch discounts, reels, or strategy calls)

Usage of benefits is subject to:

  • Fair use: We reserve the right to monitor usage to prevent abuse

  • Booking availability: We cannot guarantee time slots if you book last-minute or outside normal studio hours

  • Timing policy: All in-studio sessions are subject to our strict timing rules

We may adjust or discontinue specific benefits from time to time. You’ll be notified in advance if major changes impact your plan.

6. Pausing a Subscription

In limited cases, you may be eligible to pause your subscription for one (1) billing cycle. This must be approved by a FLEXWORK team member and requested at least 7 days prior to your next billing date. Pausing is not guaranteed and may affect your session availability or renewal pricing.

7. Upgrades & Downgrades

You may request to upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. Changes to pricing and benefits will take effect:

  • Immediately for upgrades (you’ll be charged the pro-rated difference)

  • At the next billing cycle for downgrades

Downgrades may result in the loss of access to previously included perks, services, or booking priority.

8. Termination by FLEXWORK

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend your subscription without refund if:

  • You violate these terms or our studio policies

  • We detect fraudulent or abusive behavior

  • Your account is inactive or your payment fails repeatedly

  • You harass or mistreat staff, guests, or other clients

In the event of FLEXWORK-initiated cancellation, we will attempt to notify you by email.

9. Promotions & Discounts

Occasionally, we may offer promo codes, discounts, or limited-time perks for subscribers. These are:

  • Non-transferable

  • Not valid retroactively

  • Subject to expiration or limitation at FLEXWORK’s discretion

Promotional pricing or trial subscriptions may auto-convert to paid plans unless canceled before the end of the trial period.

10. Liability & Disclaimer

All subscription services are provided “as is” and “as available.” FLEXWORK makes no guarantees regarding:

  • Specific outcomes from content creation

  • Audience growth or engagement levels

  • Monetization success

We are not responsible for scheduling conflicts, data loss, session quality, or platform outages beyond our control. Our liability is limited as outlined in our Terms & Conditions of Use.

11. Governing Law

These Subscription Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any disputes must be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Essex County, New Jersey.
