Studio Booking Cancellation Policy

Effective as of August 1, 2025

At Flexwork Studios, we’re all about helping creators make podcast magic—on time and on point. To keep our schedule fair and efficient for everyone, the following cancellation and payment terms apply to all bookings, including hourly rentals, production packages, content days, and any additional services.

Payment & Invoicing

  • All bookings are invoiced upon confirmation. Full payment is due no later than 72 hours before your scheduled session.

  • If payment is not received by the deadline, Flexwork Studios reserves the right to cancel your booking and release the time slot to other clients.

  • Payment confirms your booking—unpaid sessions are not guaranteed and may be forfeited.

Cancellation Policy

One standard applies across all service types:

  • Cancellations made 72+ hours in advance of the session start time are eligible for either:

    • A full refund, or

    • A one-time complimentary reschedule (subject to availability)

  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance are non-refundable. A new payment is required to reschedule.

This policy applies to all services, including:

  • Hourly studio rentals (e.g., No Frills Rental, Podcast Studio Rental)

  • Production packages (e.g., Be My Podcast Producer, Market, Manage & Produce)

  • Full-day content bookings

  • Add-ons such as photoshoots, guest coordination, or podcast websites

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

  • We enforce a strict timing policy. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time—no extensions.

  • No-shows (failure to arrive within the first 30 minutes of your booking without prior notice) are treated as cancellations without refund.

  • If a no-show occurs, a new full payment is required to rebook.

Rescheduling & Last-Minute Changes

  • One complimentary reschedule is offered for cancellations made 72+ hours in advance.

  • Additional reschedule requests or changes may incur a $100 administrative fee, especially if studio time or staff were already allocated.

  • Changes made within 24 hours of your session are considered last-minute and are subject to availability and possible denial.
