Flexwork Studios is located in Springfield, NJ—close to major highways, parking available, and a quiet location with no foot traffic or outside noise.

You arrive and are greeted by a producer or engineer. From there:

• You’ll be walked to your reserved studio room

• Wardrobe adjustments or quick grooming can be done on-site

• Any guest paperwork or asset handoffs (images, B-roll) are collected

• If you’re filming vertical content or photos today, our team handles those logistics

You’ll have time to relax, review your notes, and get mentally ready. You’re not rushed in and out. The studio is yours during your reserved time.

Studio Setup: Lighting, Cameras, and Sound Check

Once you’re in the room, your engineer runs through:

• Mic check and levels: Each voice is EQ’d and monitored live

• Camera positioning: Typically 2–4 angles depending on format

• Lighting configuration: Based on your visual goals—flat, dramatic, interview style, etc.

• Background setup: Custom elements, branded props, or Flexwork’s default aesthetic

Every studio is acoustically treated and soundproofed, so no outside noise or echo affects your session.
